Our home is full of books. Our entire family loves books and well, we buy them, we get them as gifts, and we also have a hard time parting with them. The other day, my daughter and I decided to dig through a few boxes of old books to see what we might be willing to donate.
Lo and behold, we stumbled upon this book that she loved when she was younger. This First Concepts book about numbers had all the features that make books fun and engaging for young toddlers.
The numbers were big and bold but the best part: all the lift the flap elements that revealed realistic photos young children can relate to.
My daughter loved this book when she was younger. We spent countless hours reading this book, lifting the flaps, and describing all the different pictures. Her face light up when we found this book and although she’s now a gigantic schoolager she plunked herself down and flipped through the entire book all over again.
Yep, this is one book that will be staying in our home for a very long time.
