I suppose I should confess. You know I’m not a big fan of chocolate but I have to confess that I don’t hate all things chocolate. If you’ve read some of my other reviews, you’ll know that some chocolates do get my thumbs up. For me, I like chocolate that isn’t overly sweet which is why I like the PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits. Now I won’t eat the whole box in one sitting but I’d happily enjoy 2 or 3 before calling it quits and that says a lot!

Here are the ingredients that went into making the PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), enriched wheat flour, sugar/glucose-fructose, butter, baking soda, salt, soy lecithin, vanilla extract.

Well, it’s not great but it’s not hideous either. Sure, I’m not a big fan of the soy lecithin and the glucose-fructose but there are plenty of other ingredient lists out there that are nowhere near as good as this one. So, while this list of ingredients for the PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits could be tweaked, it’s certainly not terrible.

Product Review: How does PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits taste?

thingsthatwedo.com - PC concerto milk chocolate topped all-butter biscuitsOne word: yum.

I know, when was the last time I said the word ‘yum’ with the word ‘chocolate’? There’s something pairing chocolate with the biscuit that I really like. It reminds me of a Twix bar minus the caramel and it isn’t as sweet which is probably why I like the PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits so much.

thingsthatwedo.com - PC concerto milk chocolate topped all-butter biscuitsTake a bite into the PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits and you get that instantaneous snap from the biscuit. The chocolate is just thick enough so that it offers a delicate snap and the taste is sweet but not ridiculously so. Combined with the biscuit and this chocolate sings to me. I can’t believe I actually said that. My daughter of course, loved these PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits.

What’s not to love?

Verdict:

All things considered, these PC Concerto Milk Chocolate Topped All Butter Biscuits are a definite win. For a non-chocolate lover like me, I’m surprised at how much I like them. Now, let’s be serious. I would never polish off an entire bag of these cookies. It’s just not in me to consume that much chocolate in one sitting. However, I’d happily eat my designated one serving without complaints and that would be more than satisfying. In fact, I’d enjoy their taste and I’d be content.
