thingsthatwedo.com - pc organics raspberry fruit spread

I recently posted a recipe for these super yummy raspberry jam bars. What I didn’t get to mention was the amazing raspberry jam that we used to make those bars.

Allow me to introduce PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread. If I’m ever in need of a raspberry jam, this is the one I look to. It’s easy, it’s affordable and the taste is great.

Product Review: What ingredients are in the PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread?

Here are the ingredients that went into making the PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread: organic raspberries, organic golden sugar, natural fruit pectin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), citric acid.

For about $3, you get a really decent jam made with organic raspberries as the first ingredient. The rest of the ingredients are pretty standard jam affair.

And the taste?

The PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread is exactly what I want in a raspberry jam. It’s mildly tart with a great raspberry taste. Some jams are very ‘jello’ like. This PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread isn’t like that. The jam still contains the raspberry seeds which I like because it adds that extra little bit of crunch.

Verdict:

PC Organics Raspberry Fruit Spread is basic, it’s got raspberries, and it tastes like raspberry jam. It’s delicious on toast and of course in my raspberry jam bars.
