A long while ago my doctor recommended that our family take vitamin D. I take it, my daughter takes it for the health benefits. Granted, we might not take it every day but it is part of our repertoire.
Now, we all know there are a ton of vitamins located in your everyday pharmacy or drugstore. Our family has made a conscious effort to be more mindful of what we ingest, vitamins included. So, instead of relying on big drug store name brands, I go to my local health food store and the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids is what I picked up. The staff confirm that it’s a good brand and the best part is, it’s not as expensive as you might think.
Product Review: What ingredients are in the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids?
I understand the ingredients, I know what they are. Enough said.
Product Review: is the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids any good?
These types of reviews are always tricky to do because I’m not a doctor so it’s hard for me to say if the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids are any good. I mean, how am I supposed to actually know if it’s working or not? I might as well be a weather forecaster (which I also know nothing about!).
What I can tell you is what my child says to me about the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids. Remember, she’s had vitamin D from other brands before trying the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids.
Her first response to the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids: ‘Yum’.
Of course, now I’m curious so I want to know what the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids taste like so I tried a drop too. It tastes just like olive oil and has the same consistency as olive oil which makes it easy on the palate. Now, what I will say is that most other brands of vitamin D that we’ve tried have no taste at all and yet my child likes this one. At the time of this post, my child has taken the Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids regularly for at least 2 weeks and so far, on complaints. She readily will take it and still thinks it tastes yummy.
Does Natural Factors Vitamin D3 Drops for Kids work? I have no idea. Does your child need vitamin D? I have no idea. Our family takes vitamin D because that’s what my doctor recommended. This post isn’t about whether or not you should be taking vitamin D. That’s something I can’t comment on. The purpose of this product review is to bring light to some other options that are out there. Many of us know of those big box store brands but I frequently like to showcase a different opinion.
The answer is simple: consumers should always know of their options.
