Here they come, product recalls and a few good reads. Given that I’ve been posting intermittently, here are a few recent recalls. There are a ton more so I’ve only chosen a few that I think warrant a second look. As consumers with hard earned dollars, I always think it’s wise to be mindful and vigilant of where we put those dollars.

How about a webcast?: “FDA Grand Rounds – Vaccine adjuvants: New ways to evaluate their safety and effectiveness.” This sounds really interesting. It takes place on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from
12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m. EST. You will have to register though so if you’re interested, I’d register as soon as possible. What will you learn? Find out but for one thing, you’ll learn what adjuvants are and how they work. Let’s just say it’s a jam packed hour. The good news: it’s presented by Dr. Hana Golding, Research Chemist from the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. Cool, right? Click here to learn more and register.
