I believe in moderation when it comes to eating: don’t deprive, just be smart about it. Have a little bit of ice cream but don’t eat the entire tub in one sitting. Long time ago, I used to cook with canola oil when I thought it was a healthier alternative. Well, then I learned more information about canola oil and decided perhaps it was best that I move on to a different type of oil for cooking. I’m not a scientist but if you want to know more, it would be a good idea to do some research on the topic of canola oil. Since then, I’ve been using grapeseed oil, mainly the Carapelli grape seed oil. Is cooking with Carapelli grape seed oil any different than other types of cooking oils?
